We haven’t made any customization with my account (we will fix styling issue, register and sign up form will display side by side like in youtube video i added last post ). If you want signup and registration from separately, then you can try plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/front-end-only-users/ , There a lots of plugin available for this purpose.
